1. I'm a postdoctoral researcher in philosophy at the University of Vienna, affiliated with the Knowledge in Crisis project.

2. Before that, I received my PhD in philosophy from Rutgers University, where I was advised by Karen Bennett and Andy Egan. And before that, I studied philosophy and English at Wellesley College.

3. Some of my work is in metaethics: I'm interested in the ways that various kinds of moral and non-moral phenomena are connected (via moral laws akin to the laws of nature, and via metaphysical relations like grounding and causation).

4. And some of my work is in ethics and political philosophy: I’m interested in the (often very bad) moral and political upshots of gender, and the question of whether we should abolish gender (I think we should).

5. You can read more about my research here, and more about my teaching here

6. When I'm not doing philosophy, I like reading fiction, watching basketball, and rock climbing.
